Hotel Quebec

Such a fun family stay!! The pool area is honestly the highlight pool + spa + towels available right at the entrance (LOVE when hotels think of that ). There were tons of chairs around the pool too, which makes a huge difference when you actually want to sit and relax while your child swims. They also have this play aera with water sprinklers and the water buckets that tip over tour heads. They also have a small indoor play park and an arcade perfect for keeping kids busy. Just a tip: the arcade only takes real change (25¢–50¢ per game), but the front desk will give you rolls of quarters if you ask for change. Our suite was super clean and comfortable The only reason it’s not a 5/5 for me is was the noise at nigh, it sounded like the laundry room was above us because we could hear the washer and dryer at night. Also had a bit of condensation leaking from the window. Overall though? Great family hotel, lots to do, and definitely a fun getaway spot.

I had heard amazing things about this place, and some reviews here made me on the fence. We absolutely loved our stay. We had a double queen room. Yes it’s small, but this isn’t the kind of hotel you book to sit around your room! They have multiple bounce houses, huge fish in a pond, face painting in the lobby, balloon animals, an amazing pool, an arcade, craft room with staff that give kids tattoos and paint their nails. The arcade games are only two quarters (which most parents would agree is cheaper than anywhere else!). We loved it so much we booked again for our way home in a week.

We stayed two nights in a suite and really enjoyed our time. There were lots of activities to keep the kids busy. The rooms do show some wear and tear, but overall we had a great stay.

A big " Thank You" to Caroline Gosselin for refunding our last night as we had an emergency and had to leave early. We were worried we might lose 1 night but we had to leave asap so we appreciatte her kindness and professionalism. Besides certain waiters and waitress' and the problems in the room we had a great time.

The hotel is 4 stars but for me and my son and family it’s 5 star for us. We loved it soo much we stayed 2 extra days. There was no water slide but the rest was more important m. Picture below is view from my room balcony room 401

We loved our stay! The rooms were so clean and comfortable, the pool was so much fun for 8 year old, the restaurant had such good food and all the staff was so amazing and friendly! We’re already planning to come back next year!

We stayed at L’Hotel Quebec the night before our cruise. The hotel features a breakfast and/or evening buffet for its guests, an indoor pool and hot tub in a tropical garden setting, with a waterfall, a sauna, a fishpond, and an indoor playground. There is paid highspeed internet in the guest rooms, an arcade room, a fitness center, paid EV stations, a coin-op guest laundry and free guest parking. Inside, there are several meeting rooms, an ATM, and vending machines for food and soft drinks on different floors. On certain dates, various musical entertainment is live in the Tropical Garden. We enjoyed our stay and found the guest room comfortable and clean. In the morning, we had breakfast in the Le 10Vagues Resto-Bar across from the lobby. Meals are not included with one’s stay.

The rooms are nice and clean. Pool area is amazing. The kids loved it. The food at the restaurant i didn't like. We had ribs. Creme brulee. General Tao. Kids pizza. Even gave the breakfast a chance...I wouldnt eat there again.
